With over 40 years of experience in the golf industry, Allen DePuy is a recognized leader in property acquisitions, turnarounds, and revenue optimization. Following his tenure at Gotham Golf Partners, where he spearheaded the acquisition of more than $50 million in golf properties, Allen established his own consulting firm, focused on helping clubs unlock their full potential.
As a turnaround specialist, Allen has a proven track record of revitalizing underperforming golf properties. He brings significant value through innovative marketing strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns designed to enhance club performance and maximize profitability.
Allen's career also includes leadership roles as Employment and Club Relations Director for the Middle Atlantic Section of the PGA of America and five years as a Property Manager with Billy Casper Golf. His broad expertise spans both the operational and strategic sides of the golf industry, providing a comprehensive approach to club management.
A frequent speaker at Golf Inc. Trade Conferences, Allen is a former member of the Club Manager’s Association of America and the PGA of America. He holds a Business Administration degree from Graceland University and is a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson with Colliers Golf Brokerage & Advisory Services Group. In addition, he is a licensed auctioneer, specializing in accelerated sales for the golf and leisure industry.

With a distinguished career spanning over 40 years, Mike Armel is a highly respected figure in the golf industry. His extensive experience includes leadership roles with some of the industry's most reputable organizations, including KSL Fairways, Fore Golf Services, and Gotham Golf Partners.
Throughout his career, Mike has successfully operated a diverse range of golf courses, from daily-fee and semi-private to resort and private country clubs, honing a versatile skill set that spans all facets of golf course management.
As a hands-on operator, Mike brings an unparalleled depth of experience to The Golf Consultants. He is currently the majority owner of Boca Greens Country Club in Boca Raton, Florida, and previously served as the Managing Partner of North Shore Golf Club in Orlando.
Mike is widely regarded as a turnaround specialist, with a proven track record of successfully guiding numerous golf course transitions. His expertise ranges from due diligence and market analysis to financial projections and operational execution. His ability to navigate complex challenges and drive profitable outcomes has made him a trusted advisor in the industry.
In addition to his vast operational experience, Mike is a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent, and resides in Orlando where he offer comprehensive solutions for golf course owners and operators.
